SOWATORINI Landschaft

Sebastian Sowa, *1981 in Bochum, and Gianluca Torini, *1985 in Berlin, work as SOWATORINI Landschaft between garden, landscape and art. SOWATORINI Landschaft is ultimately the decision of two friends to take the landscape and life into their own hands. What sets them apart is their willingness to search and take the time to do so. To allow themselves to be surprised and not to rely on reflexes and experience. In this way, they constantly rework the landscape. In spatial installations, in children's books, in design theory and in lecture series, in private gardens and in public spaces - across all typologies and scales. In short: landscape as a broad field, the bumblebee as a heraldic animal and naivety as a claim.
